Depends what you're getting. A cut? 45 minutes. Color work? Budget 2-3 hours. Balayage can run longer because we're being precise, not rushing. First visits take extra time because we actually listen to what you want. We'll give you a real timeframe when you book. No surprises.
Yes. Free consultations happen before color appointments specifically. We want to see your hair, discuss what you're imagining, and be honest about whether it's doable. Sometimes people's dreams need a reality check—damage happens, genetics matter. Better to talk it through than disappoint you in the chair.
Cancel 24 hours ahead? No problem. Less than 24 hours? You'll pay 50% of your appointment cost. Life happens—we get it. But stylists block their time for you. When you cancel last-minute, that's lost income for them. Give us a heads up and we're cool.
We stand behind what we do. If the color isn't what we discussed, come back within 7 days and we'll fix it. But this only works if you follow our aftercare instructions. That means the right shampoo, not washing for 48 hours, the whole thing. We'll give you everything in writing.
